Cancellation policy

Preorder items are charged at the time of purchase to reserve your item. Preorders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed, except in the case of a damaged item upon arrival.

If your preordered item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pinkpineapplejewels.com with a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right.

Estimated shipping timelines for preorder items will be noted on the product page. By purchasing a preorder item, you agree to these terms.
